A perfect time to serve the underserved and to extend the deficient muscles of public offices by finding ways to reach out with the selfhelp-welfare and services that are needed to cope with crisis.
Public financing for this type of services is likely facilitated by the crisis.
So go ahead with the Social Innovation projects that never made it outside your strategic power point a few years ago!
